If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Website, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Website.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined by us in our sole discretion.

Status of Teamster Legal Defense Fund

The Teamster Legal Defense Fund is an employee benefit plan that was established to provide participating Teamster members with legal defense coverage in the event of an incident that gives rise to a civil or criminal claim.  Unlike many other, similar employee benefit plans, the Teamster Legal Defense Fund was established under both the laws of the United States and laws of the District of Columbia and its operations are governed by the provisions of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended (“ERISA”) and are regulated by the United States Department of Labor and the United States Treasury.  If you become a participant in the Teamster Legal Defense Fund, you are entitled to certain rights under ERISA.  These rights will be spelled out for you in the Summary Plan Description of the Teamsters Legal Defense Fund, a copy of which will be given to you when you become a participant in the Teamsters Legal Defense Fund.
